Welcome to my Web site!
Emily Hinebauch Pioneer Bible Translators Short Term Assistant
Psalms 118: 17 I will not die but live, and will proclaim what the Lord has done. It is my dream to work with the unreached people of this world. I believe Pioneer Bible Translators (PBT) does a good job of searching out the unreached and working towards providing them with the bible in their own tongue. Their purpose is the discipline of the nations. In discipline of the nations they seek the primary task of translating the Word of God for the world’s people who do not yet have access to it in their language. The goals of Pioneer Bible Translators:
It is my hearts desire to live as the natives of Papua New Guinea live and to form relationships with them, so I may have the chance to help provide the bible in their language. What could be more rewarding than to see one of the lost with the bible for the first time? My purpose of joining Pioneer Bible Translator’s team in Papua New Guinea is to seek out if it is where God wants me full time. I have been praying about what my purpose is on the mission field and what I could add to a team. I was blessed to be taught by PBT’s own Marsha Reylea spring semester of “06” at Ozark and she opened my eyes to the literacy program in Papua New Guinea. Over the course of the semester as I learned about “Missions and Literacy,” I realized that some of the gifts God has given me can be used within the realms of a literacy program.
